Not to miss! Chocolate cupcakes
Here is an amazing cupcake recipe you all have been asking for. Soft and melt in the mouth.
200gms ( 7 oz) plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp cocoa
200 gm ( 7 oz) sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100 gms ( 3 1/2 oz) unsalted butter, soft
150 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
Preheat the oven at 180 C and prepare the cupcake pan with the cupcake cases.
Sift flour,cocoa & baking powder in a bowl. Add the sugar,salt and butter. Mix until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. In another bowl whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract & yoghurt together until well blended.
Slowly pour the egg mixture to combine. Gently whisk until smooth. Carefully spoon the cake mixture into the cases filling each one half full.
Bake for 20-25 mins until lightly coloured and springy to the touch.
