Crispy Breaded Chicken


5 pieces chicken thighs, cut in to two pieces
salt to taste
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ oregano

Mix the above ingredients and marinate the chicken for an hour or you can follow the steps below.

When ready to use sprinkle the chicken pieces with seasoned flour ( ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder and 1 cup all purpose flour). Arrange it on a tray.
Dip each chicken piece in a beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs, arrange on a tray and keep in the fridge for about and hour ( at this point you can keep overnight too).
Heat the oil, when tested an egg drop will rise to surface in a couple of seconds. Slowly dip the chicken a few pieces at a time in the hot oil and fry on medium heat till golden color. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with your favorite salad, fries or any side dish of your choice.
